– Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as first name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, signature, financial information, information requested by public authorities in connection with the provision of services and products, audio-video monitoring information collected during a customer’s visit to a location where ANALEX SRL provides services, audio-video monitoring during technical support, IP address, and any other information necessary for ANALEX SRL to conduct its activity.
– Any operation or set of operations performed on data, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission or dissemination, alignment or combination, restriction, archiving, erasure, or destruction, may fall within the scope of personal data processing, directly or indirectly.

1. Direct collection of personal data
A1. Placing an order, with or without creating an account on www.laodai.ro, may require your first name, surname, address, email address, and any other information necessary for contracting, invoicing, and delivery.
• contractual data is retained for 3 years, corresponding to the general limitation period;
• tax data is retained for 10 years, in accordance with tax legislation;
• orders cannot be fulfilled without the data listed above.
A2. As part of the support services we provide, we may ask for your telephone number or email address so that we can contact you to resolve your request. Where necessary, we may request other personal data. Communications with the www.laodai.ro support service may be recorded.
A3. Newsletter subscription requires an email address for personalised communication. The address is retained until consent is withdrawn.

2. Collecting personal data through traffic data

– Article 6(1)(c) GDPR covers mandatory data required to issue invoices;
– Article 6(1)(a) GDPR requires consent before personal data is used for marketing, such as newsletters and non-essential cookies;
– Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 12(2) of Law 506/2004 cover www.laodai.ro’s legitimate interest in securing and optimising its website, in line with Recital 49 GDPR.
